Terms and Agreements
Party and Event Policies
Rates
The rental rate for party and event equipment covers a three-day period. This allows for pick-up one day prior to your event and drop-off one day after your event. Please call for a quote for longer rental periods. (see Party rates here)
Deposits
Full payment is due upon pickup or delivery of equipment. We must have a credit card on file to confirm reservation.
Cancellation Charges
Party Goods cancellation or reductions of rental equipment must be made (7) days prior to the delivery or pickup date, or there is a 50% cancellation fee and 100% cancellation fee for linen. Reservation cancellations or reductions of rental equipment within 72 hours of the delivery or pickup date, will result in a 100% cancellation fee for all rental equipment.
Damage Waiver
The damage waiver provides protection coverage on accidental damage of equipment. A 12% fee will be added to cover this service. If the damage waiver is not accepted on the equipment, replacement cost will be charged for any damage. The damage waiver is not available on any glassware or china.
Missing Equipment
The customer is responsible for all equipment that is missing upon return. The customer is responsible for all equipment returned broken that is not covered by the damage waiver and will be charged replacement value of the equipment.
Cleaning
All tableware, glassware, flatware, and food preparation items must be returned rinsed off, free of food, and in their original crates. A cleaning fee of 50% the rental amount will be added on all items returned with food on them. All linen should be shaken out and free of debris then put in the linen bag provided.
Delivery & Pickup
Delivery and pickup are available for an additional cost. Delivery rates are dependent upon location of delivery. Standard delivery and pickup are curbside only. Standard delivery is for normal business hours. Prior arrangements can be made for any deliveries outside of normal business hours, that require set-up or take down, or special unloading or carrying, for an additional fee.
Rental items should be ready for pickup where they were delivered too. All tables and chairs should be broken down and stacked, linen in linen bag, and dishes packed in their original crates. All equipment should be protected or under a covered area. Additional charges will incur if rental items are not ready for pickup when our driver arrives.
