What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check and credit card. We only accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. If you would like to open an in-house charge account, please call for a credit application.
How many hours is a daily rental?
A daily rental is equivalent to 24 hours in your possession. On some equipment, such as tractors, chippers, compressors, and large generators, there is an 8 hour limit to the 24 hour rental period.
What is the minimum amount of time I can rent a piece of equipment for?
The minimum rental on equipment varies depending on what you rent. Most of the equipment has a 2-3 hour minimum.
Do you charge tax on rentals?
Unlike most rental companies, we DO NOT charge sales tax on our rental items. We do charge a 2% HAZMAT tax on all equipment that has an engine.
How much is your damage waiver? And what does it cover?
The damage waiver is 12% of the equipment rental total. It covers any incidental damages that occur to the equipment.
It does NOT cover theft, damage resulting from improper use, failure to secure during transportation, overloading and more. For details, please see the contract.
What size vehicle do I need to tow a trailer?
We require a ¾ ton vehicle or larger to tow all our dual-axle trailers. This includes our car trailer, equipment trailers, 5'x12' box trailers, and car dolly. We do not have a minimum vehicle requirement for our small single axle trailers.
Can I return equipment after hours?
We do offer after hours drop off for our trucks. We have a key-drop box on the front gate to help facilitate this. All other equipment must be returned during regular business hours.
What do I need to rent a truck?
In order to rent a truck, you will need a valid California's driver's license and a credit card. We require a deposit of $250.00, which is charged to your card upon pick-up of the truck. You must be 21 years or older to rent our trucks.
